Spritzy is our brand of Hard Seltzer that isn't meant to be complicated, but it does politely separate itself from the unremarkable flavors of mass marketed seltzer. Our focus is to create refreshing profiles that use ZERO extracts or "natural" flavorings, instead using 100% real fruit & spices. This version was conditioned on thousands of pounds of blackberries and key limes to yield a jammy and zesty ride for your palate. Spritzy: Blackberry Limeade is made with gluten-free ingredients! 5.7%

Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops and dry hopped at 2.5 lbs. per barrel for pleasantly diesel-like, tropical fruit and melon aromas. Climbing Mt. Nelson is fun, but finding your way to the bottom of the glass is better. 5.7%

A big old IPA brewed with oats and wheat and an abundance of hops as well as double dry hopped. The high ester producing yeast adds an intriguing pineapple and mango quality to an over the top hop expression from Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. This IPA was originally brewed for Beachwood BBQ Seal Beach's 10th anniversary. 6.8%

Brewed with our Rocky Mountain High buddies from Outer Range Brewing Co in Frisco, Colorado. White Room is a crispy, hard hitting Westy brewed to drink on the mountain, while riding the chairlift, in the trees during a safety meeting or just on your couch in the Bay Area. Brewed with Superdelic, Mosaic, Centennial, and Enigma, this crusher delivers bright bursts of tangerine, cantaloupe and berries balanced by a clean, dry finish and firm, refreshing bitterness. Whether you're chasing powder or kicking back after the last chair, White Room is your perfect après companion. 6.3%

A lightly smoked coffee porter made with a touch of German beechwood smoked malt as well as high quality English malts to create a chocolaty, roasty, base beer. Then, add two pounds of Sightglass coffee per barrel for an intense but refined coffee character. 7.7% ABV

We're having a little fun for our 11th birthday with our first ever adjunct barleywine release. After blending together 24 month bourbon and rye barrel aged munichwine with 18 month bourbon aged barleywine, we roasted up 400 lbs of pecans and infused them into the blend. That's 2 lbs of pecans per gallon! Our talented brewers then added a pound per barrel of Madagascar vanilla bean and a touch of cinnamon to create a boozy liquid pecan roll! You will be entranced by the patisserie aromas of pain au chocolat, pecan pie filling and Little Debbie's pantry followed by decadent flavors of pecan morning buns, caramel drizzled french toast and bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. 14.8% (contains pecans roasted in peanut oil)

Bourbon Blammo is the bourbon barrel aged version of our massive coconut imperial stout BLAMMO! For the 2025 release we blended five oak barrels: three barrels of stout aged in Savage and Cooke Bourbon barrels for 36 months; one barrel of munichwine aged 28 months in a Buzzard's Roost Bourbon barrel; and lastly one barrel of barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter that rested for 20 months in a Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel. We then conditioned the blend on over 200 lbs of organic toasted coconut. As always, it is ridiculous! 16.5%

The 2024 vintage is a masterful blend of five components, marrying 60% single oak-aged Barleywine with 20% Double Oak Aged Barleywine and 20% Double Oak Aged Munichwine. Enticing aromas of Tawny Port, cherry cordial, Tahitian vanilla, bourbon-soaked dates, and chinotto draw you in. Each sip delivers rich, layered flavors of maple sugar, crème brûlée, fig, cinnamon-raisin pumpernickel French toast, and a warm bourbon finish. 16.4%

Bellatrix is a blend of golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with a stunning amount of blackberries. Fermented with a collection of various yeast and bacteria, Bellatrix conjures an aura of freshly picked blackberries and luscious berry preserves with a twist of lemon acidity. 6.3%

Home, Sour Home is our golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. It's aged in oak barrels with peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, simply reminding us of homemade peach cobbler. 7%

Cherries paired with golden sour beers stand the test of time, which is one reason why we wanted to blend Stone Age Love, our golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with tart cherries. With 84 pounds of tart cherries per oak barrel, Stone Age Love radiates with flavors found in summer stone fruits. This sour showcases notes of fresh-picked cherries, juicy peaches, and tart plums with hints of melon. 7.2%

Blurred is a series of beer/wine hybrids that combines techniques and processes from the winemaking world with mixed fermentation practices from the sour beer world. Blurred Rose utilizes whole cluster grapes from our friends at Heringer Estates in Northern California, that we crushed and destemmed in-house. A blend of Barbera and Pinot Noir grapes were utilized in tandem to produce aromas of tart cherry, blackberry and strawberrry, while the mixed fermentation beer provides a soft canvas of mellow asian pear and citrus. 10.1%

Our 2021 Chardonnay is comprised of fruit from the English Hill and Taylor Ridge Vineyards, both located between Sebastopol and the Pacific Ocean. Extreme weather swings from warm days to cool foggy nights and mornings create an expressive Chardonnay with a high impact tropical fruit aroma. Oak character is subtle as the barrels we used were just shy of neutral. Flavors and aromas of guava, pineapple, lemon, lilac and subtle toast. Highly refreshing.

Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.

Our Syrah is grown at 2700 feet elevation in Mendocino. Fermented with 50% whole cluster in new oak. Aromas and flavors of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, star anise, cigar box and subtle smoke. This Syrah delivers massive flavor from one of our favorite grape growing regions in California. Mendocino County, CA 14.2%
